The Blue Zone

Welcome, welcome to the blue zone
Oh you're welcome to the blue zone
You know you've found yourself in the blue zone
When you've got no one to love you,
No one to call your own
You're in the blue zone
You wake up in the morning, and your baby's not sleeping there
You go down stairs to look for her, but you can't find her anywhere
You see her empty closet, nothing there but an old pair of pumps
She packed up everything in the night and left you in the dumps
Oh you're welcome to the blue zone
You know you've found yourself in the blue zone
When you've got no one to love you,
No one to call your own
You're in the blue zone
You come home in the evening, and the house is dark and cold as stone
You pour yourself a drink, and sit there all alone
You can't eat and you can't sleep, so you stare at the T.V. all night long
And you know you better not go anywhere
'Cause you might cause somebody some harm
Oh you're welcome to the blue zone
You know you've found yourself in the blue zone
When you've got no one to love you,
No one to call your own
You're in the blue zone
You call up your best friend to tell him about your plight
He says he can't talk now, maybe tomorrow night
But you hear her voice behind him whispering "who's that on the line?"
Now the picture's getting clearer,
you know the who, what, where and why
Oh you're welcome to the blue zone
You know you've found yourself in the blue zone
When you've got no one to love you,
No one to call your own
You're in the blue zone
