She Loves the Sun

Early in the morning she rises with the sun
The bird chorus singing their favorite songs
Welcoming the easy breeze as it whispers through the trees
she greets the garden flowers one by one
A deep blue sky, the clouds roll by
She asks if I see the shapes that they imply
She loves the sun, she loves the breeze
She loves the clouds, she loves the trees
She loves the rain, she loves the sea
She loves the world, she loves me
Later in the evening, the starlight softly shines
The moon is just half full and on the rise
The cricket symphony creates a soundtrack to the night
With a wish she picks a star shining bright
The lines she plots to connect the dots
She asks if I see the shapes that they imply
She loves the sun, she loves the breeze
She loves the clouds, she loves the trees
She loves the rain, she loves the sea
She loves the world, she loves me
